The development at our site at Odense Port, among other things, embraces a brand new apprentice school for both young and adult apprentices, who must have polished their certificates and skills before they enter and work in production.
Our ambitions for education for young people go further than ourselves. We are therefore in dialogue with our neighbors at the Odense Port - Fayard and Vestas - to create an education course that gives both our young apprentices the opportunity to rotate among our companies and get a unique holistic education within the green transition.
