CS WIND Offshore operates as an independent business unit in the CS WIND Corporation, a global leader in the wind industry that originated in South Korea. CS WIND Corporation has multiple factories in Asia, Europe and North America to supply clients with offshore wind turbine foundations, wind turbine towers, and other components for both onshore and offshore wind farms.
As a family of companies, we work together to make the most of our shared supply chains, manufacturing resources, and best practices, using these advantages to better serve our clients.
CS WIND Corporation is the world’s largest supplier of wind turbine towers
CS WIND Corporation began producing wind towers in Vietnam in 2003 and now employs approximately 4,500 people worldwide. Over the last twenty years, the company has earned a reputation as the world’s largest supplier of wind turbine towers. CS WIND Offshore is dedicated to producing high-quality foundations
CS WIND Offshore operates as an independent business unit, allowing focused growth and specialization in foundation manufacturing while leveraging the global expertise and resources of CS WIND Corporation.
CS WIND Offshore’s headquarters in Aalborg offers substantial production capacity, with a focus on Transition Piece manufacturing in recent years. This facility has direct access to quay infrastructure, enabling efficient transportation and logistics operations. Our strategic location near the North Sea and Baltic Sea provides optimal access to key European offshore wind markets. This is demonstrated by our successful project deliveries in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Denmark.
Our greatest asset is our workforce with over 500 dedicated employees in Denmark, who embody our strong safety culture. This is supported by continuous initiatives and campaigns that ensure efficient and secure project execution. This approach enables us to achieve high quality, demonstrated by our ability to maintain welding defect rates as low as 0.05%.
In 2025, we achieved several significant milestones:
- We produced XXL Monopiles measuring between 106 meters and an industry record-breaking 123.6 meters in length and weighing 2,515 tonnes.
- We successfully delivered 176 Transition Pieces on schedule for Dominion Energy’s Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, representing our largest project scope to date.
- Both Offshore Substations and their corresponding Transition Pieces for the Baltic Power project, Poland’s first offshore wind farm, were completed in Aalborg and shipped to the Polish Baltic Sea, where installation was finalized in late autumn.
- Additionally, work commenced on the Nordlicht 1 project, which is set to become Germany’s largest offshore wind farm, including the delivery of 68 Transition Pieces for Vattenfall.
Founded in 1965 as Bladt Industries, we have completed more than 50 wind farm projects and supplied over 3,200 foundations around the globe, continually upholding our dedication to quality and on-time delivery.
Our goal is to maintain our standards of excellence, reliability, and safety while supplying high-quality offshore wind foundations to clients globally.
