Meet Mads Ejlertsen

Turning financial data into business value.

My role is to transform financial data into a solid foundation for business decisions. I strive to create transparency around company performance, providing clear insights for everyone. This involves close collaboration with both finance and operational departments to deliver valuable economic analysis that supports our strategic goals.

A large part of my role involves close collaboration with project managers and other colleagues across the organization. Through regular discussions and project reviews, we look at cost development, forecasts, and potential risks. My role is to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions where needed, ensuring that we make well-informed decisions that support both project success and overall business performance.

I am motivated by turning numbers and data into actionable insights that are used in practice. I enjoy working at the intersection of finance and business, where my work helps improve decision-making. I also appreciate the strong teamwork and supportive environment among colleagues across departments.

A typical day includes analytical tasks, meetings with different teams, and ongoing discussions within my team about new approaches. No two days are alike, which makes the work both engaging and dynamic.
