Progress on Nordlicht 1 for Vattenfall - final assembly of the first Transition Piece
Production is in full swing in Aalborg on our current project for Vattenfall.
Our team has recently completed the final assembly of the first Transition Piece, representing a significant milestone for the Nordlicht 1 project.
Looking around our site, we see sections for the other Transitions Pieces lined up, and soon we will start coating the first TP.
Overall, the project has had a very promising start. The collaboration between Vattenfall and CS WIND Offshore is characterized by professionalism, transparency, and a strong safety culture, something we value highly at both companies.
We are committed to maintaining this momentum and delivering high-quality components for the Nordlicht 1 offshore wind farm, which is set to become Germany’s largest offshore wind farm.
We are proud of our contribution and will deliver a total of 68 Transition Pieces.
