Manufacturing of the 68 transition pieces for Nordlicht 1 has commenced at CS WIND Offshore’s production site at Port of Aalborg, Denmark.

The Nordlicht projects 💡
In the beginning of 2025, CS WIND Offshore entered two contracts to manufacture 112 transition pieces for Vattenfall’s Nordlicht 1 and 2 offshore wind farms located in the German North Sea 🌊
These contracts mark another significant milestone for CS WIND Offshore, which boasts an extensive history of delivering quality products to Vattenfall.
We are looking forward to make another Vattenfall project come alive at our site in Aalborg, Denmark.

Vesterhav Nord & Syd
Recently, CS WIND Offshore fabricated 41 transition pieces for Vattenfall’s Vesterhav Nord and Syd offshore wind farms in Denmark, which were inaugurated in autumn 2024.

Australian politicians and NGOs visit our TP production
We were delighted to welcome an Australian policy and NGO delegation to our Aalborg facility, where we had the opportunity to showcase our welding workshops, Transition Pieces in production, the upending site, and the six Offshore Substations currently on-site.
